We're Danielle Hartwell and May Bennett, and we're so happy you've found us.
Eight years ago, we shared a dream of creating a boutique where women could discover timeless, feminine pieces that feel just as beautiful to wear as they look. We wanted to create more than just another fashion store. We wanted a place where getting dressed feels effortless, where every piece is chosen with care, and where women can find styles they'll reach for season after season.

Why Danielle & May Was Created
Eight years ago, we found ourselves searching for clothing that felt elegant, feminine and effortless, but so often we came away disappointed. Many collections followed fast-changing trends or simply didn't feel like pieces we'd want to wear beyond one season.
That's when we started asking ourselves a simple question: What if we created the kind of boutique we were looking for ourselves?
A place where women could discover timeless styles that feel beautiful, comfortable and easy to wear. Pieces that work just as well for a lunch with friends as they do for dinner, a weekend away or everyday life.
That idea became Danielle & May London.
From the very beginning, our goal has never been to offer hundreds of products. Instead, we've always believed in carefully selecting every piece, choosing quality over quantity and creating collections that women can truly enjoy wearing year after year.
Even today, every item we add to our boutique is chosen with exactly the same care and attention. If it isn't something we would genuinely wear ourselves, it simply doesn't become part of Danielle & May London.
